Responsibilities
• Lead due diligence site investigations, zoning ordinance reviews & utility research• Final grading design with Civil 3D and earthwork analysis• Assist junior engineers with designs• Preparation of E&S design, permitting, calculations, and BMPs• Review & coordination of utility systems and stormwater management design• Verification of site work construction cost estimates• Coordination & written correspondence with clients, counsel, jurisdictions, utilities and contractors• Attendance to and making public plan presentations and client management
Requirements
• Professional Engineer License required• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering• 5-10 years of experience in land development/site design and permitting• Experience with residential subdivisions, commercial, manufacturing/industrial and/or office developments• Understand and implement jurisdictional requirements and PA municipal planning process• Knowledge of stormwater management design regulations• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D as well as proficiency in Hydraflow and/or HydraCAD• Self-starter who can work independently and with team members• Excellent written, communication and organization skills• Business Development/Marketing experience is always a plus
