Civil Estimator

We are a South Carolina-based building firm that specializes in installing turf. We have offered high-performing, long-lasting turf for recreation play up to professional sports to schools, universities, and sports facilities. Across North America, we have more than 2,000 installations. 
We are looking for an Estimator with a civil background with subgrating, compaction, stone, or stone drainage experience to join our team in the Charleston Area. You do not need to have extensive experience with turf installation, but you would need to be willing to learn. If you have a PE License, that would be great! Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and analyze drawings, specifications and other documents for civil projects. Generate accurate and detailed estimates for civil projects. Monitor and track project progress and costs. Identify potential problems and proactively resolve them. Stay informed of industry advancements and new materials. Keep stakeholders and project engineers informed of project progress and changes. Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in Construction Strong understanding of civil construction processes. Experience with Civil, Subgrading, Turf Installation, Stone, Compaction or Storm Drainage Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software.
