Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for construction Estimating ? gpac is partnered with a company looking for a experienced Estimator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Ability to estimate project costs and assist the production team in verifying contract amounts
Source materials and services by collaborating with trades/vendors
Manage documentation and record-keeping related to purchasing and estimating
Work closely with the controller to manage purchase orders and ensure accurate budgeting
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years experience in Project Estimating
Ability proactively work with budget plans
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Procore, and other software
