In a typical week you may: Provide analysis and design for engineering projects including resources analysis, computations, design drafting, team communications, scheduling, budgeting. Play a key role in design and coordination of site development, transportation, drainage, and utility projects Communicate and meet with clients, permitting agencies, and public officials Provide mentorship and assistance for other engineers and staff and coordinate with other design team members on a consistent basis Develop client relationships and apply marketing strategies for business development You need to have: 5 years of experience in civil engineering design In-depth experience with Bentley CAD software including Power GEOPAK, InRoads, or OpenRoads Designer Experience with AutoCAD with in-depth Civil 3D experience a plus Degree in civil engineering and Professional Licensure in Minnesota Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices Proven ability to develop technical specifications, construction estimates, and other project documents, including managing regulatory permits and applications Field observation experience and an understanding of construction Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Apply if you are: Organized and adaptive Interested future leadership opportunities Looking for a diverse range of projects and responsibilities Seeking autonomy and flexibility in your workplace Ready to work in a highly collaborative environment ****All inquiries are confidential!****
