We're seeking a detail-oriented Civil Designer to collaborate with developers, creating innovative and functional sites while navigating local, state, and federal regulations. If you are detail oriented, this position would allow you to hone the necessary skills to bring a project from a conceptual site plan to a fully built out project!
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance: Navigate local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Permit Coordination: Coordinate permitting with utility agencies. Design Support: Assist design team in and out of the office. Plan Preparation: Develop Water, Sewer, Storm Drain, Grading, and Erosion Control Plans. Why Join?
