We are seeking an experienced Civil Defense Attorney to join our respected practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and motivated attorney with expertise in defending clients against civil claims involving personal injury, property damage, and other casualty matters.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of civil defense litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement Conduct thorough factual investigations and legal research to build strong defense strategies Skillfully advocate for clients through motions, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials Demonstrate expertise in areas such as premises liability, product liability, construction defects, automobile liability, and general casualty Provide strategic counsel to corporate clients to mitigate risk and avoid future litigation Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of direct civil defense litigation experience, preferably in Washington Juris Doctor degree and membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Extensive background and proven track record defending casualty and injury cases Proficiency with e-discovery, litigation technology and case management If you are an experienced Defence Attorney in Washington, please apply today!
