Civil Construction Project Manager
One of the top civil construction company's in the Southeast is seeking a Civil Construction Project Manager . They are looking for someone with experience with Heavy & Structural Concrete, Airfield Construction, Building Foundations, Infrastructure Improvement, Storm & Process Water Systems, and Bridge Construction . This role is office-based with some day-travel to the work sites. There is bonus potential as well as a competitive salary. This group is a smaller branch of a strong mid-sized group, so you'd have the backing and power of a large company but the tight-knit feel of a small outfit!
Requirements For Civil Project Manager
* 5-7+ years of experience in civil construction
* Heavy civil construction experience
* Self-perform experience
* Good documentation skills
* Proactive in solving issues quickly
* Timely and Organized
* Experienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoring
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Business related
Responsibilities for Civil Construction Project Manager
* Work well with all other team members
* Effectively communicate progress/problems with relevant team members
* Prepare Project Production Schedules
* Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
* Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
* Work with Field Superintendent to coordinate all aspects of job
