Responsibilities
• Drive and exceed branch sales and P&L targets• Create and maintain a strong customer-centric culture• Coach and mentor branch colleagues to achieve sales goals• Develop a diverse talent pipeline• Implement coaching plans for continuous learning and development• Clearly communicate business priorities to colleagues• Understand financials and key business drivers• Lead and manage all colleague and sales activities• Represent the brand in the field and community• Cultivate new customer relationships and deepen existing ones
Requirements
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred• High School Diploma or equivalent required• Leadership experience in a high-volume branch environment• 4 years of sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking• Proven ability to meet sales goals and deadlines• Exceptional customer service skills• Flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
