Responsibilities
• Continuous development of productivity decks• Generate cost reduction opportunities• Coordinate major initiatives across Supply Chain• Implement and train MOS & Lean/Six Sigma processes• Participate in QRMP yearly audit• Assist with implementation of QRMP system• Share and implement best practice initiatives• Coordinate progression of KHMS using TRACC• Develop and maintain performance visuals• Lead and coordinate 5S initiatives plant-wide• Develop and manage department's operating budget• Manage and evaluate Continuous Improvement staff• Partner with business leaders on process improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related discipline• 3-5 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment required• 2+ years of CI leading CI projects or transformation projects required• Black Belt Certification preferred; Green Belt Certification required• Experience overcoming problems and obstacles• Creativeness and thinking outside the box• Ability to communicate and manage multiple tasks• Working knowledge of enterprise business principles and practices• Presentation skills• Mentoring and coaching skills
