Responsible, proactive Church Office Administrator neededProvides administrative, technical, and financial support for the ChurchEnsures effective work flow and smooth daily operation

Responsibilities
• Direct the daily administrative operation of the church office• Coordinate events that happen in the church building• Create and send invoices for room use rentals• Manage room reservations and set up needs for ministry programs and events• Maintain and coordinate the church calendar• Distribute and track building key assignments• Communicate with vendors/building partners/external partners• Navigate resources and connect low-income and houseless community members• Schedule inspections, maintenance, and contractors• Support special Sunday worship projects
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of office experience• Bachelor's Degree preferred• 1-2 years experience in managing business financial records/accounts receivable• Establishes good interpersonal relationships and shows compassion• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion• Skills of active listening and accepting criticism• Works well with a team but also independently• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality• High level of communication skills, both verbal and written• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs• Strong organizational and data input skills• Ability to prioritize and multitask• Compliance with policies and requirements• Appreciation for the Church's religious and historic significance
