We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Summerville, SC. We are looking for a dynamic, born leader, entrepreneurial Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a fantastic adjuster who can help lead our team, someone who enjoys educating the team and their patients, and has experience as a chiropractor- understanding what it takes to treat patients, financial management of care plans and, the functions of running an office. Our services include, but are not limited to, chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation, nutritional counseling, functional medicine services, and posture correction. Duties: Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Lead/Manage and work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments Training weekly with team Community engagement events Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in SC Schedule: Full time Monday thru Thursday (8:30 am to 6:30 pm) and Friday (8:30 am to 12:30 pm) Total compensation (range): $80k to $120k (Base salary with bonuses) Benefits: Bonus Compensation- Based on performance of the clinic PTO/Vacation 2 weeks Dental insurance Vision insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance Come join our passionate team to help our clients resume their lifelong pursuit of health, fitness, and well-being.
