We are looking for a dynamic, passionate Chiropractor to join our chiropractic office in London, OH. Our office is conveniently located 25 miles outside of Columbus- Ohios most popular city.
We are looking for a chiropractor who loves adjusting, wants to continually improve, is coachable and works well within a team dynamic. Our ideal candidate is motivated by helping others reach for and achieve their health and wellness goals, is a great communicator, and enjoys promoting the benefits of continued chiropractic care.
This is a fantastic job opportunity for a recent graduate or an experienced chiropractor who wants to learn how to run a successful practice and create effective treatment protocols, systems and procedures. You will be well supported through training and mentorship by the lead chiropractor. Furthermore, every Monday we spend two hours going over office performance, addressing any concerns, discussing the success stories of our patients, our current stats and procedures.
Who we are:
We are a family-based practice that focuses solely on chiropractic care. We have been providing high quality chiropractic care for almost 14 years and our practice continues to grow! We are an adjusting only office with no therapies or other modalities, and we are looking for a chiropractor who enjoys adjusting and promoting the benefits of continued chiropractic care. We work with each patient individually, taking them through care plans that really help them get the results they are seeking. We have an amazing team that is driven by taking care of the people we serve and knowing that we are making a difference in each patients life that we touch. Our highest value in the office is happiness, for ourselves, our team members, and our patients. Currently, we are a team of 5, with 2 chiropractors and 3 chiropractic assistants. We are looking to add a third chiropractor to our team. Our patient base is diverse, treating a wide range of ages from the elderly to pediatric. However, our patients are primarily from the middle-aged working population, with about 5% pediatric and prenatal. We focus on care plans that help our patients change their life to reach their own personal goals.
Duties:
New Patient consultations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging)
Report of findings
Take and review diagnostic X-rays (Digital, in office/on site)
Chiropractic care- Adjustments, Drop table, Thompson, Diversified, Syntropy, and Activator (adjusting only, no other therapies or modalities)
Patient education- education on benefits of continued care, occasional home exercise instruction
Collaboration with the other DCs, chiropractic assistants and support staff for comprehensive patient care
Documentation- timely and accurate
Teach classes- occasionally, on different healthcare and nutrition topics
Qualifications:
Chiropractor licensed in OH
Schedule:
3 full days and one-half day (flexible)
MWF 8am-6pm and either T or Th 1p-6pm
Salary (range):
$60k-$90k (DOE)
