Child Behavior Therapist

Company Background Developing Minds Therapy Services offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to provide early intervention, social skills groups, and 1:1 therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our clinic utilizes a Natural Behavioral Developmental Intervention approach to provide ABA therapy services. We ae is committed to providing distinctive therapy services designed to make lasting socially significant changes for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder while incorporating a focus on family training and support.
Position Overview We are looking for individuals who would be responsible for implementing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment programs, following behavior protocols, and collecting data while working directly with the child. Therapists may provide therapy sessions in the home, clinic, and/or community settings. 
Position Requirements: Candidate must enjoy children and be in the process of pursuing or have already graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.  Applicants must have experience working with early childhood and/or grade school children. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred, but not required. We are currently looking for a part-time or full-time employee with availability Monday-Friday from 9:00 am until 6:30 pm. We do not work on weekends or holidays. The part-time position would have the option to increase to full-time in the near future if desired.
