We are looking for a Chief People Officer based in Washington, D.C. who will be responsible for driving people management strategies that foster growth, innovation, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute HR strategies that support the business objectives.
2. Foster a positive work culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
3. Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
4. Implement comprehensive career development plans for employees.
5. Oversee employee relations and engagement initiatives.
6. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
7. Lead the transformation of HR into a strategic partner within the organization.
Requirements 1. Proven experience as a CPO or similar executive HR role.
2. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is desirable.
