About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President - Chief Operating Officer for its South Central Region. This senior leader will be instrumental in shaping strategic initiatives, fostering passionate teams, and driving efforts to enhance health outcomes. The role involves leading and coordinating regional operational excellence, executing the regional strategic plan, and maintaining a focus on performance. The successful candidate will be an organizer and executor, facilitating the annual operational excellence planning process, overseeing the performance improvement hub, and managing capital projects. This values-based leader must be able to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment, be a future-oriented change leader, and embody the company's values of excellence, compassion, teamwork, and purpose.Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), relevant leadership experience, and a proven track record of results. The role requires expertise in operations, finance, people leadership, and community relations. The ideal candidate will be a visible and collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, a positive and inspiring presence, and the highest standards of professionalism. The Vice President - Chief Operating Officer will be part of a peer network of regional COOs and will report to the President of the South Central Region.
