Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of the business, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all areas of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational objectives and drive revenue growth.
Oversee the overall management of the restaurant, bar, and activities center, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute innovative promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of at least 7 years in a senior management role within the hospitality or entertainment industry, with experience overseeing multiple revenue-generating departments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
