Responsibilities
• Lead and scale business operations for a multi-site, multi-state organization• Collaborate with CEO and executive team in developing and executing strategic plan• Implement effective operational processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability• Participate in mergers and acquisitions activities and integration efforts• Identify growth opportunities and potential expansion into new markets• Communicate with board of directors and other relevant third-party vendors/partners• Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency• Interface with legal counsel, accounting firms, lenders, and other third-party vendors/partners• Identify trends and provide metrics for analysis of profitability and performance• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Requirements
• Advanced degree in business or related field• 2+ years of progressive, full-time experience in private equity or healthcare operations/finance• Experience reporting to a board of directors in a for-profit environment• Experience working in or with a multi-state organization• Experience leading high-growth/rollup operations team in the healthcare space• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail• Management experience and demonstrated leadership skills
