The
Chief Operating Officer
is responsible for leading the execution of DLP Capital's strategy. This requires driving internal execution, collaboration, empowerment, and clear ownership. What you have already achieved: (Requirements)
5+ years experience in leading a financial services organization
Strong IT/technical background
Experience leading operations for a multi department/business line organization of 3 Billion+ in assets and 200+ team members
What you are great at: (Responsibilities)
Build deep knowledge across finance/lending platforms.
Ensure clear transaction pipelines and complete reporting.
Drive execution of goals & priorities across the organization to achieve the top key numbers of the organization.
Lead operations across DLP, primary focus around financing of communities.
Lead technology & IT across DLP Capital.
Own implementation and execution of the CEO's vision and objectives.
Member of the strategic advisory team at DLP Capital, providing counsel to the CEO.
Lead DLP capital operating financial performance, completing variance reports, holding every dollar accountable.
Present monthly reports to the CEO on business performance.
Lead integration and closing of any company acquisitions ; including active role in bank acquisitions.
Spearhead the utilization of technology & process to drive DLP's Brand Promises across the lending platform including loan servicing and draw management, with a focus on achieving speed with precision in activities such as loan closing, statements, draw processing etc.
Lead all internal and external reporting.
Lead the DLP Capital's Quarterly Clarity Session.
Own transaction and pipeline reporting & maximization.
Lead launch/acquisition of Trust/Wealth management business
