About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to provide strategic and operational support for its people organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving integrated people planning, establishing business rhythms, and ensuring that programs are aligned with strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in aligning people programs with the company's growth strategy, and the Chief of Staff will work closely with people leadership and cross-functional partners to activate a comprehensive people strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming PMO capabilities, be a flexible and cross-functional team player, and have a strong background in program management, particularly within a people domain. Experience in high-growth companies, especially those in the high-tech, security, or AI space, is a plus.As the Chief of Staff, the candidate will be expected to corral siloed efforts into integrated work streams, develop and maintain a project management framework, and serve as the main point of contact for a matrixed set of program managers. The role requires someone who can quickly understand the business, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key part in strategic planning and execution. The candidate should embody the company's values and be inspired by its principles, with a focus on ethical, adaptable, and remarkable work. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in process improvements, driving operational excellence, and must be a strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to link projects and programs to business priorities.
