Requirements:
MD or DO degree with board certification in a recognized specialty.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous practice experience and proven leadership abilities.
Knowledge of hospital operations and quality infrastructure.
Experience in managing, developing, and mentoring healthcare professionals.
