Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Overview: A premier Senior Living and Retirement organization, represented by MVP Recruitment, is seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing efforts across its Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Home Care divisions. This role is pivotal in promoting a continuum of care services and enhancing brand presence. Senior living experience is required.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Oversee brand management and corporate communications. Lead market research and competitive analysis. Align marketing goals with organizational objectives. Manage digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Foster community and public relations initiatives. Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred. Minimum of 7 years of senior living marketing experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics.
