Responsibilities : Create and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's objectives. Design and deliver innovative learning programs that address the learning needs of employees at all levels. Identify and implement cutting-edge learning methodologies, technologies, and platforms to enhance learning experiences. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals. Requirements Prior experience as a Chief Learning Officer or in a leadership role in learning and development. In-depth knowledge of learning principles and adult learning theories. Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs using various methodologies. Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Professional certifications in learning and development are a plus.
