About the Role:
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for growth and innovation? We're seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to spearhead our efforts in scaling our organization to new heights. As the CGO, you'll be at the forefront of driving our marketing, communications, and revenue-generating initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Leadership: Collaborate with our executive team to set and communicate our organization's vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
Business Development and Marketing: Lead the development of innovative marketing strategies to raise awareness, deepen relationships, and drive engagement with our K-12 programs.
Fundraising: Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective donors, securing major gifts to support our growth goals and initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in advancement or sales, preferably in the education sector
Proven track record of securing significant gifts for nonprofit organizations
Strong leadership skills and dedication to our mission and values
