Role Overview:
We are in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is not only strategic and experienced but also driven by a commitment to fiscal excellence and high-quality healthcare delivery. As a key member of our executive team, the CFO will guide our financial strategy and operations, ensuring our organization's sustainability and growth, while upholding the highest standards of care and service.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with our mission.
Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, perform risk assessment, and recommend effective solutions.
Ensure optimal cash flow management and oversee investment strategies.
Work collaboratively with other executive leaders to enhance operational effectiveness and patient care.
Uphold rigorous compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
Lead, mentor, and expand the capabilities of the finance team to ensure peak performance.
Act as a financial advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced credentials such as an MBA or CPA are preferred.
Extensive experience in a senior financial role, ideally within healthcare or nonprofit sectors, with a focus on addiction treatment.
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen to drive data-driven decisions.
Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with various stakeholders.
Comprehensive understanding of healthcare finance, including reimbursement models and regulatory frameworks.
Deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through superior addiction treatment services.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, on-site.
