Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Dive deep into financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Present financial information in a clear and compelling manner to key stakeholders.
Revenue Cycle Management:
Take the helm of our revenue cycle process, ensuring seamless billing, collections, and reimbursement.
Monitor revenue cycle performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize revenue capture and reduce denials.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to billing and reimbursement.
Financial Operations:
Establish and maintain robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard our assets and ensure compliance.
Manage relationships with external financial partners, including financial institutions and investment advisors.
Oversee treasury functions, including cash management and debt financing.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Identify financial risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
Coordinate financial audits and regulatory inspections.
Team Leadership and Development:
