About the Role:
As the CEO, you'll be the driving force behind our Health District's operations. From leading our management team to collaborating with our dedicated Board of Directors, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future. We're looking for someone with a comprehensive understanding of hospital administration and a passion for fostering a culture of excellence.
What You'll Need:
A master's degree from an accredited institution in business or hospital administration.
A minimum of three years of CEO experience in hospital administration, or over six years in a C-Suite role in rural or critical access healthcare.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and engage our team and community.
Proficiency in various aspects of hospital and public administration, including financial management, human resources, and operations.
