Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead the digital transformation initiatives to optimize customer experience and drive operational efficiency. Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitiveness in the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the development and implementation of digital projects and initiatives. Manage the digital budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Proven experience as a Chief Digital Officer or in a similar leadership role. In-depth knowledge of digital strategies, technologies, and trends. Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in a complex organization. Strong project management and strategic planning skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. Ability to drive change and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the executive search or recruitment industry is a plus.
