**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chemist with 1-3 years in cosmetic chemistry and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulation testing, record keeping, and managing facilities in compliance with GMP and standard operating practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and test cosmetic formulations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of formulations and testing results.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with GMP and Standard Operating Practices.
- Oversee and manage laboratory facilities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product innovation and development.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in cosmetic chemistry and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and standard operating practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
