Qualifications for the Process Engineer · Must have 3+ years of Chemical Process manufacturing engineering experience chemical process equipment experience and some Project management experience ·2+ Years Experience with MOC/CAPA process · Seeking a Chemical Process Engineer with a passion for optimizing production processes and chemical reactions · Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field · Strong problem-solving skills · Experience in project management and quality standards · Familiarity with chemical unit operations and investigations · SOP development experience · Proficiency in statistical process control · Knowledge of exothermic reactions and vacuum drying · Mechanical aptitude · Understanding of various reaction chemistries and unit operations Responsibilities for the Process Engineer · Investigate and resolve production issues. · Lead process improvement projects. · Develop training programs for plant supervisors and operators. · Monitor production yields and conduct mass balances. · Utilize statistical tools for process control. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams. · Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools to ensure process stability and product quality. · Assist in the training and development of Plant Supervisors and Operators, contributing to the creation and enhancement of Training Plan Benefits for the Process Engineer : We offer a very competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
