Facilitate training programs for plant personnel, focusing on operational changes and new equipment handling. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience in process or production engineering within a large-scale, continuous chemical plant environment. Must be a US Citizen or hold a Permanent Residency (Green Card). Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to influence plant operations. Proficient in chemical unit operations with a strong track record in cost management and process optimization.
