Full job description Description: Blending in 3 separate tank farms.
Understand and perform to the Customer's Quality Process Standards and / or Specification Requirements.
Batch concentrate.
Perform daily process rounds.
Troubleshoot Processing System problems as needed, take appropriate corrective actions, and know when to call for assistance.
Work with production lines when weekly line sanitizations are performed.
Treat waste water streams.
Trained and qualified to perform work on the following laboratory equipment for solution testing: (Including calibration)
-pH meter - pH levels
-Chlorine meter – Chlorine levels
2-2-3 schedule : 6:30pm - 6:30am OR 6:30am - 6:30pm
$2 Shift Premium on night shifts Week 1 = 36 hours (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Week 2 = 48 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday)
Skills & Qualifications: Perform cleaning and sanitization of process equipment and blending areas.
Conduct chemical raw material inventories as needed.
Perform written and verbal communication with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing personnel using process measurement data recorded in Quality Windows and Out-of-Specification (OOS) variable/attribute testing when necessary.
Place all non-conforming items on hold using company Hold/Reject process.
Assist in the root cause determination, corrective action taken, and documentation process.
Comply with all processes and procedures for all applicable regulatory agencies.
Proper handling and disposal of chemicals and understanding the GHS codes
A working understanding of the Shop Orders and Bill of Materials.
Understand and comply with all lockout/tag-out procedures.
Must work in a safe and ethical manner at all times and follow all sanitary practices for sampling of process equipment, materials and assets.
