CHEESE ASSISTANT

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHEESE ASSISTANT
As a Cheese Assistant, you will be responsible for the p reparation of p ackaging, cutting, wrapping, labeling and stocking cheese. Maintain kitchen in sanitary and orderly condition, following health department standards. Ensure product is stocked, rotated, fronted and faced according to established procedures. Pull low quality or out of date items, recording and properly disposing of them following established procedures. Maintain back stock areas in clean, orderly condition, meeting health department standards, and a ssist with receiving and stocking product for deli dept.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Prolonged walking, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching
· Experience in kitchens and have knife skills
