Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Denver, Colorado, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, reliable, creative, and excel at problem-solving.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via online chat.2. Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding products and services.3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers as needed.4. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members for resolution.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes.6. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.4. Proficiency with chat support software and CRM systems.5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
