Humana is seeking a passionate and motivated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer service through chat support interactions- Addressing customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshooting technical issues and assisting customers with problem resolution- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Collaborating with other team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience
