We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Alorica in Washington, D.C., US. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide support to customers via chat, resolving inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively and efficiently- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction- Stay informed on company products and services to better assist customers

Requirements:- Energetic and driven personality- Strong decision-making skills- High level of emotional intelligence- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Proficiency in computer applications and chat support platforms- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
