Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a confident and resourceful Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally through chat support.-Provide accurate information about Hilton's products, services, and promotions.-Utilize persuasive communication skills to upsell and cross-sell products or services when appropriate.-Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed service level agreements.-Maintain a high level of critical thinking to troubleshoot and solve customer problems effectively.-Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.-Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.-Confident and resourceful personality traits.-Strong oral and written communication skills.-Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.-Previous experience with online chat support is preferred but not required.-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.-Experience with CRM software is a plus.
