Job Description:

HD Supply Holdings is seeking a passionate and confident Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of our Customer Support team, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via online chat to provide support and assistance with product inquiries, order status, and technical issues- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved effectively- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong planning and organizational skills- Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Confidence in dealing with challenging situations- Ability to work well in a team setting and independently
