Job Description:
We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Adobe in Denver, Colorado. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.3. Research and resolve customer concerns or complaints.4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
