Chat Support Representative - Work From Home

Job description:

Valero Energy is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position located in Fort Worth, Texas, US. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution- Identify and escalate priority issues to higher levels of management as needed- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Continuously develop and improve chat support processes and procedures

Requirements:- Reliable and dedicated individual with strong communication skills- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team- Proficient in computer and typing skills- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
