Chat Support Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Chat Support Representative to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group, a leading financial institution. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat support in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding financial products and services.3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.2. Proven experience in a customer service or support role.3. Proficiency in using chat support software and other technical tools.4. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.5. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support team members.6. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
