Job Description:

SanDisk, a leading provider of flash storage solutions, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas on a part-time basis. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing top-notch support to our customers.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via chat, email, and other digital channels.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with SanDisk products and services.3. Research and provide accurate information to customers in a timely manner.4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.8. Stay up-to-date on SanDisk products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support.2. Strong research skills and ability to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries.3. Leadership skills to guide customers through the troubleshooting process.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Proficiency in using chat support software and other digital tools.7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
