Nextdoor is seeking a passionate and resilient Chat Support Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time entry-level position, the Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our users through chat support. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems regarding our platform, services, and products.3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department within the company.4. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers to enhance their experience on Nextdoor.5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency within the customer service department.7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:1. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.2. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve independently.3. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and helping others.4. Resilient attitude in handling challenging customer situations.5. Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support platforms.7.
