Chat Support Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

Toys "R" Us is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Chat Support Officer to work remotely from Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time Associate Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a strong ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively through online chat.2. Provide product information, order status updates, and troubleshoot any customer concerns.3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.6. Document and report customer feedback to improve overall service.

Requirements:1. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.2. Proficient in using chat support software and other communication tools.3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.4. Driven personality with a confident attitude.5. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.6. Ability to give clear and professional presentations.7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
