Frontier Communications is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Officer to join our team remotely from Jacksonville, Florida. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat communication channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of three years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues through chat support- Providing product information, troubleshooting, and assistance to customers- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards all customers- Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:- Reliable and passionate individual with excellent communication skills- Proficient in using chat support software and tools- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong presentation and strategic planning skills- Three years of experience in customer support or a related field- High school diploma or equivalent required
