Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hershey is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Chat Support Officer to join our remote team based in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat.2. Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.3. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers.4. Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Use project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance targets.7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.3. Strong persuasion skills and experience in sales or upselling.4. Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities.
