Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a motivated and independent Chat Support Officer to join our remote team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat channels to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat channels.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.3. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions.4. Make decisions on resolutions for customer concerns.5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.6. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators set by the company.8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
