Job Description:

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a passionate and resourceful Chat Support Officer to join our team in providing remote support to our clients in Chicago, Illinois. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through chat platforms.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members.3. Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when interacting with customers to ensure positive experiences.4. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while providing accurate and helpful information.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.6. Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience.7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively connect with customers.3. Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills.4. Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.5. Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.6. Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.7. Experience in people management or team leadership is a plus.
