Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify and report any trends in customer inquiries to improve product or service offerings- Work towards meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes
