Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team at Time Warner Cable in Jacksonville, Florida. As an entry-level position, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through online chat.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer support processes.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Resourceful and confident in handling customer inquiries effectively.3. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and leadership skills.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.6. Knowledge of basic computer applications and online chat platforms.
