Job Description:
We are seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team at Duke Energy in Houston, Texas. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via online chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering personalized service- Utilize knowledge base and resources to troubleshoot technical problems and provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and timely in the CRM system
Requirements:- Resourceful and independent individual who can effectively problem solve and work autonomously- Strong people management and leadership skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers and internal teams- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using chat platforms and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
